Had a lovely stay! The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and nice decor. Breakfast options were good too. However, one staff member could've been friendlier when we arrived. Still, I enjoyed my time here overall!

No USB chargers or bedside plugs as advertised led to an inconvenient experience. Construction noise was a significant disruption early mornings, with no prior notification given to guests. Plus, the unreserved parking situation became a hassle when we were unexpectedly informed about the limitations on our departure. Overall, minor comfort issues made the stay less enjoyable.

I had a fantastic two-night stay in a Superior Double Room! The room was really big, and I loved the spacious bathtub, perfect for relaxing after exploring Jeju. The bed was incredibly comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the convenience of having a 7Eleven in the hotel was a nice touch!
